International WCRP/IOC Conference on Regional Sea-Level Changes and Coastal Impacts

10-14 July 2017, New York, USA. - Registration in now open!

The World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) Grand Challenge (GC) "SeaLevel", jointly with the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (IOC), is organizing a conference on sea level research to address the existing challenges in describing and predicting regional sea level changes, and in quantifying associated uncertainties.

The conference will take place in New York, USA between 10-14th July 2017, and thus 10 years after the 1st WCRP sea level conference held in Paris in 2006, and 3 years after the last Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Assessment Report (AR5), published in 2014.
